Job Description

As a successful Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the achievement of disbursement targets with minimal delinquency. Your responsibility will be to identify and cater to the needs of joint liability groups and disbursed loans, aligning them with the target customer base and geographical areas.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include:

  • Ensuring daily/weekly collections targets are met
  • Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing teams across assigned territories to drive deeper market penetration and reach
  • Assessing potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas
  • Undertaking regular field visits, center meetings, and loan applicant interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A flair for sales and relationship management
  • Basic understanding of microfinance business and JLG model working
  • Ability to build strong client relationships both internally and externally
