Branch Operations Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Branch Manager to spearhead our brokerage operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, leveraging expertise in distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
- Drive comprehensive business growth by utilizing knowledge of broking products, insurance, and investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), and AIF (Alternative Investment Funds).
- Develop strategic business plans for the branch, focusing on meeting and exceeding business goals and metrics.
- Effectively manage branch finances, allocating funds to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Foster a high-performing team through continuous training, coaching, development, and motivation.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Enhance the presence and reputation of the branch within the market through strategic networking.
- Proven experience as a branch manager or similar leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of broking products, insurance, and investment products.
- Strong understanding of modern management techniques and organizational skills.
- A results-driven approach with excellent leadership, team development, and motivation skills.
- A commitment to high ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
