Leadership Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance and operational efficiency, with a focus on revenue growth and cost management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning the branch's profit and loss statement, driving revenue growth and managing operational costs to meet financial targets.
  • Driving sales performance within the branch territory, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Leading, motivating, and managing a high-performing branch team, including sales and service support staff.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring optimal product placement, visibility, and sales support.
  • Overseeing all branch operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, timely collections, and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitoring local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demands to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring effective execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives at the branch level.
  • Championing customer satisfaction by overseeing smooth sales processes and coordinating with service teams to address post-sales needs.
  • Providing accurate and timely reports on branch performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in sales and/or branch management within the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances industry is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing a branch or significant sales territory, demonstrating P&L accountability.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution networks, retail operations, and modern trade channels in the electronics/appliance sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, with a focus on target achievement and individual development.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned branch territory
