Key Account Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a Key Account Manager position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic thinking, and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio across target industries.
- Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis & Insight: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and threats.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Pitching & Conversions: Lead end-to-end pitching processes, ensuring effective conversion of leads into new business.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in a business development or growth role, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry.
- Skill Set: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, ability to create and execute business development strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership: Hands-on experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
