Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Selenium/Cypress, Java/Python/C#/Javascript programming languages, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute efficient automated test scripts using Selenium/Cypress and Java/Python/C#/Javascript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop effective automation strategies.
  • Analyze software applications to identify areas for automation and optimize testing processes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of software functionality, performance, and reliability, and troubleshoot test failures.
  • Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines for automated testing.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to test automation.
  • Monitor and report test results, metrics, and defects to ensure timely and accurate feedback to the development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role (2-6 years).
  • Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver/Cypress and Java/Python/C#/Javascript programming.
  • In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and practices.
  • Solid knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, MCA, or related field.
