Job Title: Highly Skilled Test Automation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive test automation professional to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of testing methodologies, scripting, and automation tools who is passionate about delivering stable and scalable test solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, API, or desktop applications.
  • Create robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, Postman, or RestAssured.
  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to understand testing needs and convert manual test cases into automation.
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
  • Analyze test results and report defects, bugs, and performance issues to development teams.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defect logs.
  • Generate and share test coverage and execution reports with stakeholders.
  • Ensure traceability between test cases and business/technical requirements.
  • Work closely with developers, QA analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure test environments are properly configured.
  • Promote test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) practices when appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation or software testing roles.
  • Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Experience with test automation tools : Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and testing techniques.
