We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Growth Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, build partnerships with schools and counselors, hire the right talent, and support day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:- Identify and build relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners.
- Set up and attend B2B meetings to explore collaborations.
- Help plan webinars, events, or info sessions with institutions.
- Engage with inbound leads (parents/students), explain services, and schedule consults.
- Track sales pipeline and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve conversion strategies.
- Write and post job descriptions.
- Manage the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling.
- Support onboarding of educators, counselors, and ops staff.
- Maintain internal trackers (sales, hiring, partnerships).
- Conduct market research to support new initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to solve ad-hoc business problems.
You're a Good Fit If:
- Have 1–3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles.
- Are confident communicating with both students and professionals (parents, school admins, counselors).
- Are highly organized and proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Are excited by international education, youth development, or edtech.
