Business Development Director Opportunity

At Artiscien, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our efforts in the staffing and recruitment industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a business development strategy to acquire new clients in the staffing and recruitment industry
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential new client opportunities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Business Development role, ideally in the staffing and recruitment industry
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to business development
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
