Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead our main category team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies, driving sales growth, and improving profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Category Leadership: Lead the category team to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Operational Planning: Develop operational and organisational plans to ensure future performance through innovation and long-term strategy.
  • Sales and Service Strategy: Lead the sales effort for the category and develop a sales and service strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Pricing and Marketing Strategy: Undertake key decisions for pricing, marketing spend, and allocation across influencers.
  • Contractor Management: Interact with contractors to ensure effective execution of strategies.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.
