Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Placement & Corporate Interface function. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, strong corporate networking, and result-driven approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Design placement strategies aligning with our vision and market trends.
  • Corporate Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier companies for placements, internships, and live projects.
  • Placement Operations: Oversee placement process from pre-placement talks to final offers, ensuring smooth experience for recruiters and students.
  • Student Readiness: Work with faculty and training partners to groom students meeting industry expectations.
  • Alumni Engagement: Leverage alumni network for placement support, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track placement metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Quantitative Targets:

  • Place 360 students for final placements and summer internships.
  • Increase median salary of placed batch compared to previous year.

Necessary Qualifications & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree from reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate relations, placements, business development, or HR.
  • Strong network across various industries (FMCG, BFSI, IT/ITES, Consulting, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
