Job Title: Senior Art Director

This is a highly coveted position that requires a visionary leader with exceptional creative skills and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design team and creating visually striking, strategically on-point, and timely outputs.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Art Director who has led multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of integrating Gen-AI tools into concepting, style-frames, motion pre-viz, and rapid prototyping.
  • A strong understanding of visual identity, brand systems, data-viz, and storytelling is essential.
  • The role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor and multiply talent.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and evolve the visual language for all properties.
  2. Lead design everywhere, including web, social, editorial, motion, events, spatial, OOH, and emerging formats.
  3. Partner with our video team to craft cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics.
  4. Systemize excellence by creating scalable design systems, asset libraries, and AI prompts that speed up quality without compromising it.
  5. Mentor graphic designers, motion artists, and freelancers, instilling a culture of critique and craft.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience leading design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id, Ae), Figma, and bonus points for Blender/C4D, Unreal, or 3-D prototyping apps.
  • Proven use of Gen-AI image/video tools for ideation or production.
  • A strong eye for typography, color, layout, motion, data-viz & brand systems.
  • Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
