Senior Director - Operations & Strategy

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our operations and strategy efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, customer experience, and leadership.

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage profit and loss statements, budgeting, and investments to ensure sustainable profitability and growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of leadership, business development, and operations management in the BPO, customer experience, or related industries.
  • 10+ years of experience in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in profit and loss management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
