Deputy Director of Placements Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our placement efforts as the Deputy Director of Placements.

This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong network in the industry. As Deputy Director of Placements, you will be responsible for developing and implementing placement strategies to ensure high student employability rates.

Maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners for campus recruitment is also key to this role. Additionally, collaborating with academic departments to design and deliver training programs that enhance students' skills is crucial for success.

Analyze placement data to inform future strategy and improve processes. Provide counseling and guidance to students on career development and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement placement strategies to ensure high student employability rates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate partners for campus recruitment.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to design and deliver training programs that enhance students' skills.
  • Analyze placement data to inform future strategy and improve processes.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to students on career development and employment opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate placements, preferably in the NCR region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong industry connections and network in the Delhi-NCR region.
  • Familiarity with placement software and tools.
