Job Title: Transformation Executive

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Executive to lead and enable the execution of transformation deals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading complex IT transformation programs and a proven track record of delivering results.

Job Description:

The Transformation Executive will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex IT transformation programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

  • Build and lead high-performing teams of project managers, technical experts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with program objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the transformation process.
  • Establish metrics and management dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize resource allocation across projects to meet program objectives.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to the transformation process.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 18+ years) in delivering complex IT transformation programs, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong program management skills, with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align program objectives with organizational goals and drive business value.
