Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee large-scale ERP programs, with expertise in MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to proactively coordinate projects, effectively manage issues and risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project plans, track progress, and monitor project timelines.
  • Document meetings, including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  • Assign clear ownership for all action items and ensure accountability.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
