Job Title:
ERP Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Process Manager to oversee our technology risk management activities. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of ERP systems, and the ability to ensure compliance and business continuity.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing user access privileges, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing. They will also develop and maintain a comprehensive disaster recovery plan and identify high, medium, and low priority user issues in daily business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for business transaction data processing to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Ensure ERP user management access privileges and password security.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for manufacturing process.
• Take overall responsibility for technology risk management activity in ERP for manufacturing process.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a fully tested comprehensive disaster recovery plan for business continuity.
• Identify and resolve high, medium, and low priority user issues in daily business processes.
• Develop and implement MIS reports for compliance and finance requirements.
• Troubleshoot all technology issues.
• Formulate overall strategy and policy for effective and efficient function of ERP process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate from Technical (BE/BCA)/Master (MBA/PGDBM/MCA) with minimum 5-year experience in ERP all modules.
• Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems, SQL, Excel Pivot, RDF, DLD, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
