Job Title: Technical Project Manager with ERP

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our ERP projects offshore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing ERP teams and projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool.

  • Act as Scrum Master/TPM for ERP and related integration projects
  • Manage project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives
  • Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders
  • Identify process improvements and enforce Agile best practices

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
  • Familiarity with Kronos WFM/HCM solutions is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with data migration or data warehouse projects
  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Ability to manage geographically distributed teams
