Job Overview

This role is a key part of our team, responsible for leading engineering activities within a specific technical area.

  • Execute design, implementation, and maintenance tasks using reliable and cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage maintenance & calibration activities, as well as commissioning projects at site level.
  • Supervise plant engineering teams, providing technical assistance and ensuring high-quality maintenance and repairs.
  • Lead the execution of design projects, meeting deadlines, budget, quality, and functionality requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans during shutdown intervals according to the schedule maintenance plan and planned corrective repairs to equipment problems.

Participate in reliability reviews of new projects. Execute and follow up on any infrastructure/civil work task in the production plant.

Oversee change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity. Coach and motivate new team members. Responsible for personal and professional development.

Perform project HSE management & execute project safety stops/reviews. Execute the project in alignment with local and global stakeholders. Apply life cycle costs and project schedules.

Implement state-of-the-art technical solutions compliant with regulations and HSE standards.

Ensure projects on site are developed through their various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation. Obtain necessary permits for maintenance/calibration/projects.

Execute work orders for maintenance/calibration as per method statement/procedure. Responsible for personal and professional development. Update CMMS after maintenance/calibration completion.

Document execution of calibration. Foster an organizational culture aligned with company values.

  • Experience in OSD Oncology facility in pharmaceutical companies
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory roles
