As a seasoned delivery lead, you will oversee the execution of SAP S/4HANA initiatives within a pharmaceutical environment.

The role includes managing upgrades to RISE with SAP, ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions across the organization, and overseeing process improvements.

This project delivers streamlined, compliant, and integrated business processes to enhance efficiency and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to delivery, focusing on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate system testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support for successful delivery with minimal disruption.
  • Drive adoption of resolutions across business and IT teams.
  • Oversee process mapping, documentation, and compliance management in line with pharmaceutical standards.
  • Support integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Act as an investigative lead, analyzing system or process issues and driving structured solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a delivery lead in pharmaceutical or life sciences, with strong awareness of regulated environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with commercial business flows and integration projects experience.
  • Familiarity with RISE with SAP migrations and upgrades.
  • Experience managing third-party integration projects and interface solutions.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver training and support knowledge adoption across business and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills, providing structured resolutions.
