Senior UX Project Coordinator

This role is focused on leading, coordinating and delivering user experience projects in a dynamic digital environment.

You will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of UX design projects from initiation to completion. This includes defining project scopes, deliverables, schedules and resource needs in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop actionable project plans and workflows that align with business and user goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sprints, reviews and team meetings to ensure seamless project progress.

To achieve this, you will work closely with UX designers, UI designers, developers and business stakeholders. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting project status to leadership and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
  • Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize project outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2-6 years of experience managing digital or UX-focused projects. They should have demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams on UX or digital projects, practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and familiarity with UX design processes, research and tools.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills are also essential, as well as comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
