Oracle ERP/EPM Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Oracle ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring engineers, senior engineers, and principal engineers to deliver high-quality results.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT/ERP/EPM, with at least 3 years of experience in people management or team leadership. They will be expected to drive performance management, coaching, and talent development, as well as partner with HR to manage employee engagement, retention, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing engineering team in Hyderabad
  • Drive performance management, including goal setting, coaching, and annual reviews
  • Partner with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth
  • Mentor and guide engineers and principal engineers to foster a culture of learning and collaboration
  • Act as on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members
Requirements
  • 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience with at least 3 years in people management or team leadership role
  • Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate globally
