Oracle EPM Consultant Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM consultant to lead the implementation, configuration and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). This key role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex financial processes and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes by working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption by providing expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation and consolidation adjustments.
  • Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
  • Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio and Narrative Reporting by providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting and optimizing the system for performance.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the Oracle EPM platform by collaborating with finance professionals and IT teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle EPM products including Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting principles and procedures.
