Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our digital platform.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of operations, ensuring the quality and delivery of content and advisory services on various features of the app. You will also manage data for Agri inputs E-commerce, oversee processes for workstreams, and drive key app performance metrics.

This is an opportunity to leverage your experience in AgTech digital platforms and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the quality and delivery of contents and advisory on various features of the app
  • Managing data (inventory, pricing, assortment) for Agri inputs E-commerce
  • Managing and motivating a team of individual function owners
  • Overseeing and defining processes for various workstreams
  • Driving key app performance metrices and analytics-feeding back into functions
RequirementsExperience and Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with:

  • 5+ years of proven track record with significant experience of an AgTech digital platform
  • Ability to visualize and hold abstract thoughts and transform them into tangibles
  • Strategic thinking, consummate verbal and written communication, excellent people skills
Education

A postgraduate degree from a top-tier institute with a good academic record is preferred. An Agri Sciences background is not mandatory but is desirable if the candidate has otherwise good exposure into AgTech/Agri inputs domain.
