Operations Manager (Studio/Development)

Summary:

Seeking strategic Operations Managers to streamline people, processes, and production schedules for academic-production operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily studio and post-production operations
  • Coordinate across departments (writing, shoot, edit, animation)
  • Optimize resource allocation, timelines, and quality
  • Maintain inventory of tech and shoot materials

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in studio or production operations
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of relevant AI tools(ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) with the ability to use them for improving tracking and productivity is essential.
