Drive Digital Operations Excellence

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to lead the delivery of seamless and scalable service operations across our integrated sales landscape. This role requires strong digital acumen, operational foresight, and analytical clarity to drive high service quality and optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee performance and continuity across integrated operations applications, ensuring high uptime and stability.
  • Drive proactive monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution to minimize business disruptions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated service delivery remains aligned with evolving business priorities.
  • Own end-to-end delivery, enhancement, and support of core integrated business operations applications.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of integrated OPS applications and hands-on experience in platforms like logistics, demand planning, procurement, and supply chain.
  • Demonstrated skills in vendor management, delivery excellence, service reporting, operational planning, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective delivery execution and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT service delivery or digital operations, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
