Executive - Operations, Healthcare Provider Stream

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Travel Requirement: The role requires extensive travel, with 60-70% of the responsibilities involving on-site presence as per the Job Description shared below. Travel Allowance and reimbursement Applicable as per company policy.

Role Overview:

Manage operations for Doctor Engagement & Onboarding Manager and to be responsible for establishing strong relationships with doctors across the Aster group and external healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless onboarding, and facilitating their integration into Aster Digital Healths virtual care ecosystem. This role involves engaging with medical professionals, streamlining onboarding processes, and driving maximum adoption of the mobile application portal.

By successfully onboarding and supporting medical professionals, this position directly contributes to improving patient outcomes, increasing operational efficiency, and driving the overall success of Aster Digital Health's virtual care platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with doctors across Aster hospitals, clinics, and specialized medical units, as well as external healthcare professionals for Doctor Alignment & Engagement. Act as the primary point of contact for doctors regarding Aster Digital Health initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a structured Doctor Onboarding process & Training for doctors joining Aster Digital Health, both from within and outside the Aster group. Conduct training sessions and workshops on digital health tools, telemedicine protocols, and platform usage. Ensure all necessary documentation, credentialing, and compliance requirements are completed efficiently.
  • Standardize the Process & Workflow Optimization for onboarding procedures to enhance doctor experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and operations, to streamline workflows. Monitor and evaluate onboarding effectiveness, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Track doctor participation, engagement, and feedback regarding Aster Digital Health services for driving the Adoption & Engagement Metrics. Provide regular reports to leadership on doctor onboarding progress and challenges.
  • Work closely with senior medical directors, hospital administrators, and department heads across Aster groups to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Engage with external medical professionals and networks to expand the reach of Aster Digital Health.
  • Gather feedback from doctors and refine processes to improve efficiency and satisfaction. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging digital health trends.
