Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced system administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work on complex supply chain systems, ensuring their stability, performance, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for all supply chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Serve as the immediate technical contact for all locations that use supply chain systems, handling calls and chats and documenting all interactions in ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.
  • Manage automation infrastructure for DCs, MDCs, and Ship Hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within supply chain systems.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply standardized procedures and best practices to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Escalate and advance issues as necessary to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future problem prevention.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments in partnership with IT, operations, and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in system administration, particularly with supply chain systems.
  • Strong understanding of system configurations, monitoring performance, and resolving incidents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including vendors, developers, and application administrators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience with automation infrastructure and monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard security protocols and best practices.
