
Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description:
\This role is responsible for onboarding new candidates, mentoring them to meet their goals and expectations, keeping them informed about program developments via multiple channels, analyzing performance, proposing interventions for improvement, managing candidate history and interactions, providing regular feedback and motivation, coordinating preparation for placement activities, and acting as a liaison between the program team and candidates.
\Key Responsibilities:\
- Onboard new candidates and introduce them to program elements.
- Mentor candidates to meet their goals and expectations.
- Keep candidates informed about the latest program developments via multiple channels.
- Analyze candidate performance and propose interventions for improvement.
- Manage a database of candidate history, interactions, and growth.
- Provide regular feedback and motivation to struggling candidates.
- Coordinate preparation for placement activities to maximize job offers.
- Act as a liaison between the program team and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
- Influence the program calendar to benefit candidates.
- Resolve daily queries from learners and maintain high SLAs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:\

- Strong internal communication to drive student success.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
