Junior Marketing Executive Job Description

Are you a creative and self-driven professional looking to make an impact from day one? We are seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to join our team and help us build a strong brand presence.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, community building, or event management, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. They will be responsible for building and nurturing offline and online communities around the brand, planning and organizing brand events and activations, and supporting brand campaigns through digital marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve outcomes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, community building, or event management (1-3 years)
