Job Description

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting brand building efforts across various solution-areas under the Kapiva portfolio of products.

This position entails creative thinking, data analysis, and executional support to help the brand achieve its business targets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Manage task items based on strategic objectives for solution area(s).
  • Market Understanding: Understand target groups, their triggers and barriers, competitive landscapes, etc.
  • New Product Development (NPD): Assist in communication development across touchpoints like product display pages, D2C stores, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
  • Communication Development: Help manage all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, etc.
  • Data Analytics: Drive measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with relevant POCs across marketing teams, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  • Offline Understanding: Role requires market visits to track offline business health metrics like distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, primary & secondary revenue, visibility, and planogramming.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or digital marketing is mandatory. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, enthusiastic team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and passion for building a consumer brand.
