The role of a Marketing Campaign Coordinator involves managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish. This includes collaborating closely with influencers, internal teams, and brands to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
  • Identify suitable influencers based on campaign requirements and brief them accordingly.
  • Manage communication with influencers regarding timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Evaluate campaign deliverables against brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag any issues promptly.
  • Compile campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with influencers and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
