We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to drive retail spends growth for our portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing segmented, targeted, and hyper-personalized programs to achieve spends and engagement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase retail spends and customer engagement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to enhance existing services or introduce new features to drive spends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement spend initiatives for selected mass portfolios.
  • Analyze customer spend data to identify trends and opportunities to drive usage further.
  • Propose and implement strategies to change customer behavior while driving usage.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
