About the Role

Lead a high-performing team as a Senior Product Manager to oversee our e-commerce marketplace on both app and web. This includes building tools that help us manage product and category configurations, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the shopping experience for users across the Android/iOS apps and website.
  • Build features on our content management system (CMS) to display relevant banners, offers, and categories.
  • Ensure accurate information is displayed to customers on order tracking and returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, category, and operations for smooth delivery.
  • Track performance metrics like conversion rates and order success for continuous improvements.
  • Drive business growth by ensuring the website and app support feature parity with other e-commerce marketplaces.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned product manager with 6-8 years of experience in the field, preferably in fintech, BNPL, payments, or loyalty programs.

Required Skills :

  • Proven experience with catalog and CMS systems.
  • Familiarity with logistics and fulfillment flows.
  • Data-driven approach to prioritizing features.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
