Are you a results-driven individual with exceptional analytical skills and passion for the marketplaces business?

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager to lead our marketplace operations, drive revenue growth, and optimize our e-commerce strategies.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to enhance our online presence, improve customer engagement, and increase sales.

Your primary focus will be on handling marketplace business for top fashion brands, preferably those with strong e-commerce capabilities.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including brand owners, sellers, and logistics partners
  • Leading PnL calculation and conversion into actionable decisions to drive business growth
  • Managing a team of Ops and MIS personnel to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong analytical skills and number crunching to inform executive decisions
  • In-depth understanding of marketplace nuances and algorithms to scale business
  • Excellent negotiation skills and internal stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in AI tools, SQL, and Python to drive data-driven decision making
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketplaces or similar field
