The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, marketplace operations, or platform growth roles. They should possess strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL, analytics tools, and creating actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketplace success strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to influence the platform roadmap based on stakeholder insights.
- Manage diverse, complex stakeholder relationships to drive adoption and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in customer success, marketplace operations, or platform growth roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling teams in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of two-sided or multi-sided marketplace dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL, analytics tools, and creating actionable insights.
