Job Description
Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment across all employee segments.
- Address grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure fair resolution of conflicts.
- Design and implement engagement programs tailored to both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR policies to reflect evolving workforce needs.
Performance Management
- Lead the performance review process, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Coach managers on feedback and development conversations.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for both workforce segments.
- Promote career growth and internal mobility.
HR Operations
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Partner with payroll and admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
Diversity & Inclusion
- Champion inclusive practices that respect the unique needs of both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HRBP should have:
- 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a mixed workforce environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations across diverse groups.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing HR strategies that drive organisational goals.
