Job Description

Strategic HR Partnership

Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies.Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Foster a positive work environment across all employee segments.Address grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure fair resolution of conflicts.Design and implement engagement programs tailored to both blue-collar and white-collar employees.

Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.Maintain and update HR policies to reflect evolving workforce needs.

Performance Management

Lead the performance review process, ensuring fairness and consistency.Coach managers on feedback and development conversations.

Learning & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for both workforce segments.Promote career growth and internal mobility.

HR Operations

Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data accuracy.Partner with payroll and admin teams to ensure smooth operations.

Diversity & Inclusion

Champion inclusive practices that respect the unique needs of both blue-collar and white-collar employees.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a mixed workforce environment.Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.Proven ability to manage employee relations across diverse groups.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in implementing HR strategies that drive organisational goals.
