We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Head of Sales to lead our sales engine across India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build, mentor and manage high-performing sales teams
- Drive enterprise deals across manufacturing, logistics, automotive and FMCG sectors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing and customer success
- Represent the company at industry events and forums
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of success in SaaS and logistics tech
- Strong CXO-level engagement and deal-closing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and startup experience
