As an Assistant Vice President – Practice SME-Agentic AI, you'll be part of a transformation journey under GenpactNext, leading the shift to domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients.

• Drive the adoption of innovations like the AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more products expanding across service lines.
• Make strategies and sales presentations to potential business heads.
• Lead blueprints for new business awarded to Genpact and provide consultancy services for Finance Shared Service Centers setup.
• Design effective process frameworks for our new and existing customers in line with cornerstones and actively support operations to achieve best-in-class performance.

You'll refine Accounts Payable process data repositories as part of Knowledge Management frameworks: industry-specific nuances, best practices, case studies creation and release, benchmarking.

Focus on managing project engagements, balancing profit and long-term client opportunity.

Co-coordinate with teams on various project management-related activities.

Review solutioning projects delivered by Practice/Re-engineering/ Operations SMEs.

Develop product offerings in line with industry changes – optimum solution offering & digital offerings to support solution design.

Work closely with Global counterparts from all regions to attain standardization & improvement in the product offering.

Lead Digital SEP projects implementation.

Stay up-to-date on IFRS, GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other industry-specific policies and regulations.

Evaluate team members' performance, identify training requirements.

Build strategic relationship skills experience with peers from operations and with operating leaders to facilitate goals and objectives.

Be open to extensive traveling.

Candidate qualifications include:

• Minimum years of experience in a relevant field and relevant companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment), out of which solid experience in people & project management.
• Strong project and people management experience.

Requirements also include:

• University graduate (relevant studies).
• Professional qualification and/or experience in technical accounting sphere represents an advantage.
