Job Title:

A Senior Data Scientist is required to spearhead the application of advanced AI/ML in the retail and e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities include leading a team of data scientists, designing and deploying next-generation AI systems that drive measurable business impact.

  • Lead & Mentor: Guide a team to foster innovation and best practices in AI/ML.
  • Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems: Explore, design, and deploy agentic AI architectures.
  • LLM Innovation: Experiment with and operationalize Large Language Models.
  • Computer Vision & Multimodal AI: Advance product recognition, OCR, embedding-based similarity, and visual transformers.
  • Scalable Systems: Architect and deploy robust data pipelines and real-time AI services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to design AI solutions aligned with customer needs and revenue goals.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of proven experience in Data Science with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or C++, with expertise in ML frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in transformers, BERT, GPT-based architectures, and neural networks.
  • Hands-on experience in computer vision (CNNs, visual transformers, OCR, multimodal embeddings).
  • Experience with LLMs and Agentic AI.
  • Strong foundation in data engineering and scalable systems.
  • Domain expertise in retail & e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading teams.
  • Advanced degree (Ph D preferred) in Computer Science, ML/AI, or related field.
