Deal Advisory Expertise

The role of a senior associate or manager in deal advisory involves providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial analysis, develop strategies for post-merger integration, and evaluate the feasibility of business transactions.
  • Assist clients in successfully integrating acquisitions, maximising the value of their investments, and managing risks associated with cross-functional projects.
  • Coordinate synergy tracking, manage dependencies, and oversee issues across functional areas.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, carve-out management, or operational assessment.
  • Proven track record in strategy and synergy assessment, as well as program/project management in large-scale cross-functional projects.
  • Management consulting experience in HR, finance, MIS, and reporting is desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with global teams.
