Role: Strategic Growth Manager
About the Opportunity:
A leading international education consultancy and platform is expanding rapidly and seeking a strategic growth manager to lead their critical phase of growth.
Critical Phase of Growth:
We are preparing for our Series A fundraising round and require a seasoned professional to drive this critical phase of growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Series A fundraising process with VCs, family offices, and HNIs (India & overseas).
- Build and maintain strong investor relationships and outreach pipelines.
- Create valuation models, financial projections, and Series A investor decks.
- Oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring.
- Partner with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
- Provide strategic insights to enhance company valuation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
- Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
- Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is an advantage.
