What You'll Be Doing:

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst – HR Process and Technology to join our Talent Operations/HR Shared Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in serving as a liaison between our IT teams and our HR teams, leveraging your expertise in HR systems and knowledge of HR processes to address business needs through transformational or streamlined solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own special projects in the HR process and technology space from start to finish, including requirements gathering, technical design, creating detailed test plans, testing coordination, cutover planning, identifying change management needs, and deployment
  • Partner with the Compensation CoE to lead our annual Workday compensation review processes, including merit and incentive awards
  • Partner with technology teams to implement a standard global job catalog in Workday, including job profile details, eligibility, and compensation plans
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize HR business and technology processes in our global Workday infrastructure through enhanced system capabilities and automation, with a primary focus on Compensation and Talent Enablement
  • Consult with HR CoEs, technology teams, and other departments to understand business needs, identify cross-functional impacts, and recommend innovative solutions aligned with our long-term global Workday roadmap
  • Create advanced reports in Workday and perform data analysis as needed to draw appropriate conclusions and guide and support critical business decisions
  • Partner with technology teams to create or modify dashboards within Workday to promote CoE visibility to valuable, informative metrics
  • Recommend and develop solutions to effectively improve data integrity and efficiently monitor accuracy and quality
  • Manage end-to-end testing efforts for system enhancements, including development of test plans, system testing execution, documentation, and defect resolution
  • Partner with business users, technology teams, and change management team to ensure thorough planning and cutover management for deploying system changes
  • Provide first-line functional support to HR CoEs, including troubleshooting system issues and training guidance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related fields
  • 5+ years' experience working as an HRIS Analyst or similar role supporting Workday HCM
  • 3+ years configuring and supporting Workday Advanced Compensation
  • Proven history of leading HR process and technology projects from start to finish with successful execution
  • Workday Reporting knowledge and skills, including the ability to create and modify simple and advanced reports
  • Thorough knowledge of HR processes and concepts with a focus on Compensation and Talent Management
  • Understanding of audit processes and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and SOX controls
  • Experience documenting processes as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and training resources
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and high growth environment
  • Analytical and continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated results in proactively identifying and solving problems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude with attention to details Experience working with of audit processes and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and SOX controls
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

PREFERRED

  • Global Workday process design and implementation experience
  • Knowledge of Workday Security architecture and setup
  • Experience working with case management tools
