Job Title: National Sales Manager

About the Role:

Athenese Dx Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth in the IVD industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and supporting a strong nationwide sales team, and cultivating relationships with key customers and KOLs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the IVD industry.
  • Build and support a strong nationwide sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers, distributors, and KOLs to drive business opportunities and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, performance metrics, and market intelligence to senior management.
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of CRM tools to enhance sales productivity, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of similar experience in the IVD industry.
