National Sales Director

Job Summary:
Athenese Dx Private Limited seeks a seasoned National Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth and expansion in the IVD industry. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans, build a strong nationwide sales team, and cultivate relationships with key customers and KOLs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the IVD industry.
- Lead and support a national sales team to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.
- Identify and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and KOLs to drive business opportunities and enhance customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive the adoption and utilization of CRM tools to enhance sales productivity, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote our products and services and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of similar experience in the IVD industry.
