Regional Key Account Manager Karnataka

About this role: We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee and expand our key accounts in the North Indian market. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understand customer needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in Northern India, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and execute account plans to increase sales volume and market share.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with key accounts to ensure mutual benefit, close sales deals, and achieve targets set by the management.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify patterns and trends.
What you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or key account management in the FMCG industry or in the same field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and closing skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are required.
