Job Title: Regional Sales Director
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in achieving regional sales targets for FMCG products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, channel management, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers and distributors.
- Analyse and develop strategies to grow sales within specific product categories.
- Plan and execute trade promotions to drive sales.
- Manage regional sales budgets and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
