Job Description
As a Regional Manager at Power Technique India, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and profitability in the defined territory. Your primary goal will be to contribute to the development of Power Technique India, achieving sustainable profitable inclusive growth of PT products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations and design marketing strategies within your region to drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement territory management plans to increase local profitability and organisational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Provide support on brand positioning in line with the strategy of PT BA.
- Focus on customer centricity by understanding customer expectations and needs.
- Safeguard a safe and healthy working environment in your Region.
- Develop PT CC India's organisation to attract, develop and retain the right people.
- Control of functional costs in your Region.
- Work closely with Business Controller/Credit Controller to have receivables within defined Targets.
- Actively participate with Market Communications to increase our market visibility.
- Provide inspirational leadership within your operating domain.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of proven performance in Solid Sales experience leading a team.
- Good knowledge of the Construction and Mining Products and Applications.
- Clear vision and ability to achieve results with action plans.
- Good commercial and technical competence to command customer respect.
- Graduate Degree in Mechanical / Mining or Civil Engineering.
- Strong Business Acumen and Analysis Skills.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills & People management Experience is a plus.
