Financial Operations Manager Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee various aspects of our plant's financial operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial accounting, inventory management & tax compliance processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and minimize risk.
  • Oversee material accounting, stock taking processes, and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and reported.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve overall efficiency and profitability.
  • Taxation and Statutory Compliance: Ensure that all tax obligations are met in a timely manner and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
  • Cost Accounting: Analyze and report on costs associated with various business activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Plant Commercial: Oversee the commercial functions of the plant, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial operations or a related field;
  • Proven track record of managing financial teams and driving results;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
