Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead our financial operations.

This critical position involves shaping our organization's financial strategy, driving long-term growth, and ensuring robust financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Geographic Expansion: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to operationalize a multi-geo strategy for the company.
  • Financial Insights Provision: Provide valuable financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Cash Flow Optimization: Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning to optimize financial performance.
  • Capital Structure Enhancement: Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with statutory law, financial regulations (e.g., tax, audit, legal filings).
  • External Liaison: Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Automation Implementation: Identify and execute automation opportunities within the Finance function.
  • Automation Centre Collaboration: Act as an advisor for the Automation Centre of Excellence to ideate and develop automation strategies for customers.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Certifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high-growth startup.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and International markets (North America and UAE).
